RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

You can return or exchange an item by post within 14 days of delivery.

Customers requiring to return or exchange unwanted orders must pay the return postage cost at their own cost.

To return an item by post, please follow the below instructions:

    1. Email holla@spreadbutter.co.uk including your full name and order number as the subject.
    2. Post back your return with the form via a trackable delivery method.

 

We expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us, please note this does not include your bank's processing time. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received and in its original condition. We do not refund used items. Please note that the time taken for the refund to show in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer's processing time. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from wraysyardshop.com. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid via Paypal this will be credited back into your Paypal account, if you paid via credit card the funds will be returned back to the same credit card you paid, this applies if paid via debit card, apple pay or any of the alternative payment methods we accept. Please see our FAQ page for more information on methods of payments. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact holla@spreadbutter.co.uk with your order number, postcode and new card details.
